You will need to let the provider know that they will be receiving an email notifying them that you need preventive maintenance service done on your (vacuum, compressor, etc.) and for them to contact you to schedule.

Can the service email my office and the service supplier at the same time? Yes, the service will send up to 4 email addresses at a time.

Will the service send a text message to notify me? Yes, text is considered one email address and you will need to contact us with your cellular provider and we will let you know what to enter as one of your email addresses.

How do I enter email addresses? Where it asks you for your email address, you will need to enter each email address separated by a comma.
